Help Using Kenny's Site

  • How do I make a booking?

    Register your details on the web site by filling out the online
    form. You will need to provide an easy to remember username and
    password. After you have registered you can add one or more
    vehicles to your record and include the MOT and service dates.
    You can then start booking online for your service, tyres and repairs.

  • Is the price on the site the price I will pay?

    If your car requires additional work to achieve the job required
    you will be informed before any work is carried out. The price
    on the website is a quote only based on standard labour times.
    If parts are required you will be advised.

  • Why do I have to pay for tyre balance and disposal?

    Most garages simply add this price on to your bill automatically
    but Kenny offers you the option to keep costs down.

  • I have registered my car but you don't list what I want?

    Kenny's site only lists common service items for online booking
    at the moment. If you have somehting specific you require that isn't here
    simply send in a request for it to be added.

  • What if you don't recognise my car?

    This site has hundreds of vehicles included but in the event that
    your car is not listed, send a request to Kenny using the online
    request form to have it included. Kenny will search for parts for your car and
    include it in the database for you.

  • What if I find a problem with the site?

    If you are having trouble using the site for any reason
    contact the administrator using the link at the bottom of this page
    explaining what you are trying to achieve and any error messages
    that were displayed to you.

  • What if you don't list the job I want done?

    Again you can use the request form to ask for any work to be
    carried out. However we will need to confirm the booking by email
    or telephone. You can of course still phone the garage during
    working hours.

  • I can't log in, the site keeps rejecting my password.

    if you have forgotten your password send an email to the administrator
    with your name and address. The username and password will be sent to
    the email address you registered with.

  • I can't log in, the site keeps asking me to register.

    You need to have cookies enabled to use this site. Make sure
    your web browser is set to allow them

  • I want four tyres but you only allow one booking at a time

    Book one tyre and simply amend the quantity on the 'checkout' page.

  • I want to change my personal details

    Go to you record and simply amend what you want. You can also
    add and remove you registered vehicles here.

  • Can I cancel my booking online?

    The website accepts cancellations up to one day in advance.
    If you wish to cancel after this please call the garage.

  • Can I be removed from this site?

    Your personal details are held purely to facilitate a convenient
    garage booking system and are not given to anyone alse. Should
    you wish to be removed completely from the site send a request
    to Kenny using the 'Request' link. This will confirm you as a
    registered user. Your details will be removed and confirmed by
    email.
